1 hour Crown Chakra meditation

We feel a state of blissful union with all that is when we are immersed in the energy of the crown chakra. This chakra meditation music is the path to spiritual ecstasy and allows access to the utmost clarity and enlightened wisdom. The most commonly accepted location for the seventh chakra is at the top of the head or slightly above the head. It sits like a crown, radiating upwards, hence its name. The Crown chakra is primarily associated with the pituitary gland, and secondarily to the pineal and the hypothalamus hence The rainbow bridge to heaven. Note that energetically, the seventh chakra has a connection with the first chakra, as they both are at the extremities of the chakra system. Most of us have energetic blocks and imbalances as well as energy-sabotaging habits that prevent us from accessing our full vitality, which leads us to feel exhausted, scattered, dull… even ill. I composed this piece around the frequency 963 Hz which vibrates at the molecular level associated with these glands. This vibration, accelerates the stimulation of the crown chakra, allowing us to feel spiritual bliss and union.
